Thesnipeshow91 has been removed from ownership for making a false complaint on a returning player that wouldn't retire to free up a bidding place he was in violation of

2.1.2 : Filing False Complaints At any time a complaint is filed that provides false evidence, the League reserves the right to throw the original complaint out. Any member caught filing a complaint with false or fabricated evidence will be investigated and placed under review by the League.

This player has been handed a Capital Punishment for refusing to play for a team if not traded. A capital punishment is a 3 season no buy out ban and 100$ Fine to return

It was found after alot of investigating by staff and some members of the league it was found that maverick faked the screenshot and created a fake discord account to try and get his owner fifa banned so that he could take over the team. While doing our research we found out that there was other league members including @Rahzki who was a member of CHL staff until this came to our awareness. Out of respect for some of the guys that helped us find this information out we have decided not to release the info and screenshots to the public. In summary @HowToFIFA8 who was issued a capital ban above has been removed and reinstated as owner of the Kansas City Mavericks. @Maverick FPS and @Rahzki have both been given Capital Offenses for their roles in this process. Rahzki is also On a permanent NML for leaking information from the staff chat.

@KOLLER Has been banned for conduct unbecoming.
In particular he attempted to have players from the Lethbridge Hurricanes called up via a friend of his that is an AHL AGM.

Notes: -The player was not called up since the AHL manager didnt comply so no one was called up
-We have found zero evidence of anyone being involved outside of koller so he is the only one being banned.
-We found this to be different than season 30 due to the evidence prevented to us so it was not upgraded to a Capital Ban
- This ban can not be bought our for the Season 34 Playoffs

 

Due to Jacksonville Being involved in Tag recovery and Second tagging the Jacksonville Icemen are ineligible to continue in the playoffs. We also have an ongoing investigation and more info will be posted at a later date By McDonald.

 

Following up on yesterdays post by @UTackleFatKids we have found a large number of 2nd tags and Tags recovering on the Jacksonville Icemen

@lHTHl played on @Garbzzzzz account game seven and was using the @CaleMakar8 tag all season

@Jigglejuice was using @l Bettsy l

@Schwifty Tip was Using @Shwaabb

All have been issued capital bans and will be NML afterwards.

 

Armada had two-second tags, @ThatsChroniK and @RlELLY 44 .

Prior to bidding @fRiS3RMaST3rQc @jyeti15s @palittinoah4 discussed bidding plans where these second tags would be acquired.

@ThatsChroniK original tag was @MaGicZ iLLusioN

@RlELLY 44 was removed for being linked to tag recovery for the account @REZISTING 88

All of the additional player CO bans are for their knowledge of what occurred during the season.

Additional to this information it was uncovered that @Patmo x 16 and @XxSavage1366xX were tag sharing as well as involved in other tag recovery issues.

 

@Monger x 32 Was vetted a few seasons back as a roommate to former member @Modemizer.
Player was vetted and then began to play in the league at the same time as Mode.
About 2 weeks ago some community members approached staff mentioning that this was perhaps a tag and our investigation begun. For the most part we had small bits of possible second tagging suspicion but nothing that had enough substance to ban the player. Until this morning it had been at a dead end.
This morning i had someone come to me and provide enough evidence to ban the player.
As such here is what is happening.
Game 7 between Calgary and Vancouver is being overturned to a 1-0 FFL in favor or Calgary.
Therefore the Best of 5 series between Vancouver and Brampton never would've happened. Calgary are the WHL Champions.
At the request of Brampton owner A best of 5 Memorial Cup Semi-Final match up will be played tonight and tomorrow between Calgary and Brampton.
The winner of that series will be the Kitchener Rangers starting on Sunday and will be played with the standard Format that we use for all best of 7 series starting on Sunday.
We have come to the conclusion that no one on Vancouver had any knowledge of the player being a tag so no one else will be punished

 

Orlando Tag:
Orlando was found to have a second tag in @Rizmm His other tag is @ItsjustBeast Both have been issued CO's for second tagging. None of the managers of this player in question have been found to be involved with this ordeal

As per previous rulings only games played in the current series is overturned. Therefore Game 2 is overturned to a 1-0 FFW in favor of wheeling. Therefore it is a 3-3 series game 7 is set for tomorrow Sunday 1-17 at 7:30 Eastern time.

 

Medicine Hat Tigers vs Baie-Comeau Drakkar

During the previous series, @Oz Nastyy was unable to play and an IR request was filed. Due to the recent staff change, this was overlooked and the original IR request filed on Jan 31st was not processed until February 5th. The IR Request should have been approved for the period of January 31st - February 6th. Because this did not happen and the original request for the previous series was not done in a timely manner, the Drakkar management did not file an additional IR request for the Medicine hat series.

- The evidence regarding refusal to play was deemed not to be linked with @Oz Nastyy

- Evidence provided showed that Drakkar management was under the impression @Oz Nastyy would not be available to play, which is why he was ECU'd for Game 2.

- Evidence provided showed that @Oz Nastyy WAS online AND playing NHL 21 during the game he was scheduled for. Because of this, This is a violation and resulted in the game being overturned and Game 3 starting with a 5-3.


Because of the problems that arose with the previous series and the IR request not being handled in a timely manner, the staff has deemed this was not clear intent to circumvent roster structure. This is however still a violation of using an ECU when the scheduled roster player was online and available to be used. As such, the appeal was not granted but no additional action will be taken against @Oz Nastyy or Drakkar management. @Gxentz @XLegendIQ88 @Mixter Kal


Both the AC and the original IR request have been updated to reflect this.

 

Red Deer Ownership.

Given the shortened timeline of this off-season, every day counts. @Cashedkush was the returning owner for RDR and was slotted to return. After trying to reach out with zero success, I decided to move forward with one of the final alternate candidate @Lord 21 x. Given his recent ban, he was only to be used as a last resort.

@Cashedkush reached out to staff to explain he was mourning a loss. Given the situation, @Lord 21 x agreed to allow cashed to step back in at the ownership role.

 

Chicago Wolves - @Belial I19I and @Neil x 25

Yesterday afternoon staff received a PM from @Neil x 25 stating they were quitting the league.

Upon investigation a trade involving this player waiting to be processed, so Staff investigated by messaging the Chicago GM @Belial I19I and received the following message, making it seem like @Neil x 25 was refusing to play for the Syracuse Crunch after being informed he had been traded there.

Staff attempted to press for more information and other parts of the conversation, but Chicago GM @Belial I19I refused stating:
“Mackie im not gunna sit here and screenshot especially when im at work and have a mortgage meeting in 38 mins. Its a bunch of shit. Once he quit its a bunch of why are u quitting. Give them a chance. There team isnt that bad”

@Neil x 25 was then removed for Refusal to Play with the supplied image.

Fast forward to the morning of March 12th, an AHL manager reached out to staff with more information on the situation. They had been talking to @Neil x 25 and claimed the entire idea to have @Neil x 25 quit after Chicago was able to trade them was @Belial I19I's idea.

Staff investigated this by reaching out to @Neil x 25 and asking for him to provide the screenshots we were previously denied access too by @Belial I19I, to find that Belial was aware of @Neil x 25 retiring and trying to convince them to not retire until the trade was processed and to go to Syracuse.

Upon further investigation into images provided, @Belial I19I began deleting parts of the conversation that incriminated themself, which is why the images were not provided earlier. The images show him asking @Neil x 25 for favors and then deleting the messages after being informed he would be banned for that. We then see him attempt to convince @Neil x 25 to just go to Syracuse and use his 2 weeks of IR.

Staff approached @Belial I19I about the above, and could not get a response outside of being told that he was a nice guy over and over, and that the images must be faked.

As a result of the above two things have occurred.

1. @Neil x 25's ban has been reduced from a Capital Punishment to a 2 Season ban for quitting. Staff has deemed from screenshots from multiple sources that @Neil x 25 did not refuse to play.
   
   
2. @Belial I19I has been issued a 2 season ban for Conduct Unbecoming of a manager in this league for two reasons.
   - First being that the manager showed the intent of having a player quit on another team after trading them.
   - Second being that the manager tried to delete evidence of their wrong doing to avoid being removed for it, and lying to staff during their investigation.
