October 25th Patch Notes

Things we care about:

Gameplay

Goalies
- Various animation improvements
- Improvements to covers for pucks underneath the goaltender
- Further improvements to goalie tracking when the puck is behind the net

Physics
- Fixed a case where the goalie could skate through the net

Shooting
- Fixed some cases where players would take a path that would put them offside when trying to one-time the puck
- Improved selection for on knee one timers
- Further shot angle improvements for accurate release trajectories

Does this mean What I think it means.

We will stay in our normal cameras when in the penalty box or.if the goalie skates to the bench for streaming purposes

 

What about the force field behind the net?

 

...and just when you thought it couldn't, the game got even worse.

 

Still no option for small scoreboard and no news on a tuner...

 

How does any of this make the game worse?

 

Doesn't matter what the patch notes say. Game gets worse every time they touch it. Same every year. Rinse and repeat.

 

Why do you even play if you hate it so much?

 

Well, because it's hockey, kind of. And I didn't pay a dime for it.

 

So you torture yourself with something you don't like because it's free? Bold strategy there.

 

Well I mean the goalie cover glitch was supposed to be dealt with last patch not so hopeful

 

I say each year once the game is released its amazing love how it is gameplay wise wish they left it and only fixed the bugs/broken glitches thats just my opinion tho and good luck everyone on there season as well
