Is there a Biggie with some time?

I know I'm going to get trolled for this but it is what it is. But if any biggie or biggies might have an hr or two during the week or weekend to help me get better at the lil things it takes to be in the nhl. I learn quick and very coachable just haven't had anyone to take the time to show me. If someone will that would be awesome. If not at least maybe u got a good laugh from this lol. I'm not a biggie by any means but I've been around for a little bit.
Since this is going to be kind of opinionated, I'll try to just suggest things that I think bring the most success to a player.

Findings players that you play with on a consistent basis is honestly your key to success in any of the leagues on LG. You can have great thumbs and know when to get rid of the puck but if you dont have linemates that you are familiar with, it doesn't all work together. The players with the most success every single season are normally guys who only play with eachother on a consistent basis. Chemistry is MASSIVE in the last few NHLs.

Don't fall into the toxicity category. Nobody likes playing with a dude who huffs and puffs, rips into his linemates in the chatbox on a daily basis, or doesn't join parties during LG games because he thinks hes better than everyone. Nobody signs on to purposely suck or make mistakes that can sometimes cause the other team to score goals. Do what YOU can to help your line if you notice something isnt working. If you D just cant seem to figure out that they need to play more back instead of stepping up each play, play a bit more defensively. Maybe your D cant seem to cover the backdoor guy or doesn't notice the guy sitting backdoor all game, try and play lower and read the backdoor play and cover it yourself. Backdoor goals will be scored way more often than a shot from the other teams Dman that you arent covering. Lower level leagues will have way more of these issues but there's still some personal things that you can do as a FWD to minimize some situations from happening.

Since you're already mid season in the AHL, try and do some off season club with potential line-mates when the season ends. Finding guys with the same schedule as you along with the same playstyle is what will have success. If you manage to find a few guys you enjoy playing with and can see potential in, dont be afraid to message some owners in the off season in the NHL or AHL and ask about the plans for bidding. They may want to see your line play and you can potentially have those guys with you for the entire season.

Great thumbs and hockey sense obviously will contribute to success in the leagues. But when you have guys who get along and have fun while playing with you, it makes it WAY more fun and enjoyable to grind out some chel. If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.
