    Have a lot of assets. A few solid AHLers and DPs plus the following draft picks:

    1st round: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 22, 32
    4th round: 4th in the round

    You can help participate in the draft to help build your team. You will also have full control of your roster, management choices, etc.

    Looking for a manager with a successful AHL/CHL history. Your team will have talent from the draft, and I'd like to make sure the management knows how to run a team and help the organization as a whole.
