After a long and extended wait, Season 22 is finally here. We have already had an exciting start to the season which included 20 trades. There are a lot of solid teams forming, all of which are hoping to hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy at the end of the season. The obvious favorite right now is the Nuggets but this week, with a lot of great match ups, we will be able to get an idea of who the other top contenders might be.

    Players to Watch:

@SnypEdaKILLA - In Snype’s first season of LGBA, he received a hefty $7,500,000 contract. I’ve witnessed it first-hand…this dude is legit. He can score at will like the rest of the top point guards in the league, but can also pass better than most. This is a guy I could definitely see being in the running for MVP the entire season. With a tough week ahead for the Hawks, we will see if Snype can live up to the contract or if all the hype was for nothing.

@VenomOnFire - After getting a FAT contract from the Spurs, Venom was traded to the Pistons. This will be his first season not being the primary ball handler. Not sure why the Pistons decided to trade a top point guard in @D Andoo99 for a non-point guard but we will just have to wait and see. Will their plan work or will he be out the door sooner rather than later?

@SWAGGYxFRESH954 - Here is another new player to the league that got a big contract. While it is not over 7 million like Snype, Swaggy’s $4,000,000 is a lot to put on a new guy. Swaggy will be running point guard for the Lakers and my guess would be as a first liner with his friend @GLymPSe101. The biggest question mark to me is, will the HBB boys take a backseat to a newcomer or will they force their way into the first line? The Lakers may have found a gem in Swaggy if they can put the right pieces beside him.

    Games of the Week:

    Hawks @ Heat – Wednesday, 11:00pm

The reason this is the number one game of the week is because the league is split between these two teams. There is no definite answer as to who will be the better team. This game features a lot of big names and a lot of high-end talent. The Hawks will be starting: @SnypEdaKILLA, @Witman x 19, @mferra32, @Torched Xans, and @Easy Macaroni. They will be taking a hit by playing without their top lock, @Coach Denham, but Hawks management believe that Xans will be able to hold his own against another top line in the league. Snype already has the league talking about him being a top point guard and this game will be an early season test. On the opposite side of him will be @A Sniper13 and @BennyBvckets. We all know Sniper is a good lock from last season but this will be Benny’s first season on his lock and so far he has impressed a lot of people. The other starters for the Heat are @xRICKOSHAY, @Flems506, and former 2nd team all-league center, @Extremee888. This will be the game to watch.

    Nuggets @ Kings – Wednesday, 10:00pm

Just like the Hawks and Heat, this is the match up that most people expect to see in the Western Conference Finals. The reigning champs have a target on their back this season but they’re ready to repeat. The Nuggets will be starting: @OG GrandPoppa, @th4 x w4ll, @Raynor, @Schizostone, and @OG CornPoppa, which is almost identical to the Nuggets first line last season, only better with Wall. With possibly the two best locks in the league on this line, it will be hard to beat but the Kings will give it their best shot. They are starting former 1st team center (now playing as a guard), @lts Froggy, accompanied by @SuBpeRBzSkiLLz, @Viktomize, @ChinggOnFire, and newcomer, @Emergenxy. It will be a tough test for the Kings to start the season but this game will show what their made of.
