Hey everyone, I'm going to be giving my thoughts on each playoff series and would like everyone else to comment or vote for the team they are picking to win each series. For the Record VS Playoff Teams, I counted it as if it were playoffs and OT losses do not count. Eastern Conference: (1) Toronto Maple Leafs Record: 57-17-8 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 23-16 Notable Players: @PieR Talent, @Bo-Dangles10, @T--o--M--M---y, @BTL_MoTi, @xSilkyhands97x VS (8) Philadelphia Flyers Record: 47-30-5 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 16-23 Notable Players: @ItsWillee, @SirGab x 48, @Carm95, @Dumoulin_65, @RBCressor My Thoughts: Maple Leafs have the clear advantage as far as depth goes. Both teams have a lot of 1st line capable players. If this series gets to Game 7 I think the Flyers will come out on top. in 6 (2) Carolina Hurricanes Record: 48-23-11 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 25-14 Notable Players: @JClaus33, @Desjy99, @BKerslake8, @Bry2230, @cuteguy42069, @Griiiiiiiiiiiff- VS (7) Montreal Canadians Record: 48-27-7 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 17-22 Notable Players: @SkillzZy_x92, @Hra-ow, @Alexdrum100, @Zwiggy, @NeeZ-l- My Thoughts: Semi-biased with me being on the team. MTL lacks a true 2nd line / 1st line depending how you look at it. Whereas MTL has a pretty solid top 4 D , they lack skill upfront. in 4 (3) Tampa Bay Lightning Record: 50-22-10 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 20-19 Notable Players: @LaFleuR11, @ImLxziee-, @l Ringy l97l, @oshlag, @PrometheusXVII, @Snoki69 VS (4) Boston Bruins Record: 53-26-3 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 25-14 Notable Players: @Akonvict21, @x_ReAcTiiOnz_71, @RSall14, @Theos-_-, @xKuzy19x @Domix28- @TakeNotes97 My Thoughts: Should be a very interesting series. Both teams have top end talent and good depth players so line matching will be the key. This series can honestly go either way. I'm going to be bold and say Boston ends it early. in 5 (6) New York Islanders Record: 49-25-8 Record VS Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 17-22 Notable Players: @CaLL Me Jakoo, @Curtl88l, @hyperdeeznutz, @Jensen315, @Jpinvmt, @King_Formless VS (7) Washington Capitals Record:48-28-6 Record vs Playoff Teams (Counting OTL as regular losses): 16-23 Notable Players: @Goostaav, @DrFurryNips, @Krazy-try, @TiDanKilleR6226, @Who_AreU-, @xSloshy My Thoughts: This will be the series to watch. Both teams have a very good G7 line as well as depth players that can win big games. I see this series going the distance. in 7 I will be posting the Western Conference one in a separate thread. Hopefully everyone enjoyed the read. As always, Doer signing out!
