Myself and a few others discussed starting a GoFundMe for @oRecki , because we all know hospital bills are no fun and aren't cheap. So we proposed the idea to his family, and they've started the page. https://www.gofundme.com/f/michael0...m=copy_link-tip&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet Recki's mother, Connie says thank you so much to everyone showing support to Michael, and requests that I keep you all updated through his recovery. Donations aren't necessary, but greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone! <3 #Pray4Recki
I will donate $1 for every $2 donated this weekend (up to $500). Recki may be the kindest person I’ve ever met in my life. Let’s rally together for him <3 #Pray4Recki
I'm in a financial bind right now but I want to help, so starting tonight and going until next Sunday (6/7) night I will be giving all donations from my stream to the gofundme. To help promote it I'll be raffling off stream merch, and if we hit a certain goal I'll raffle off my reebok Bruins Tuukka Rask jersey.
not hijacking the thread, but what happens when say a homeless person or someone living poverty in america gets really sick and have to get admitted to icu? legit curious.
They are treated and sent on their way with life crippling debt that will only go away via bankruptcy or a lottery ticket. Not trying to be a downer but I wouldn't be surprised if his bill was north of 150k.
