This is extremely saddening. I had the pleasure of being teammates with Recki in Vg for a season. He was a tremendous teammate and an all around outstanding human being. My thoughts and prayers are with the family through this difficult time.

 

Recki's brother, I'm not sure your name but I want to my deep condolences for your loss. I've been active on this site for 3 years and known recki since the very start . Not once, not even once did he was he not filled with positivity. He was one of the few biggies who didn't care what league you play in and had no ego dispite being one of the best at his position for years . You can see how many people he's touched on this site and we will forever miss him. Stay strong and thank you for updating our community. #RIPRECKI

Dude was absolutely salt of the earth. I remember being in our second season of LG PSN and hearing all kinds of good things about Recki the player. We traded a whole draft worth of picks for him, and it became pretty obvious early that he was an even better person than player.

He was always really happy for others successes and milestones. Just like giddy with pure joy like a kid on Christmas. It was so endearing and really rare here.

I wasn't a best friend, sure, but Recki reached out to me privately a few months ago when we happened to catch up in the shoutbox and even after a couple years it was like nothing changed.

May angels lead you in, Recki.

 

Damn Recki, this hurts man. Having you on my team back in the day is one of the highlights of my LG experience. In an environment with a lot of egos you were truly the exception. Your kindness and unselfishness was infectious in the locker rooms and it was my pleasure to be your friend. Rest easy bud
