    Check out this link: Career Path of A CHL Player; Understanding How To Move Up

    There you can read about how to move up in LG, but as mentioned before you need to sign up in the CHL first. Make sure you're signing up under the right console as well. CHL Bidding starts soon, so it's best to sign up ASAP - position included - as well as, join some discords and play games with some owners of CHL teams.
