    No offense, but I don't understand your mindset. You just went 10-15-2 in the AHL against shitters and now think you are capable of running a successful NHL team? I think if you want your players to respect you and not be aids you should first work on proving yourself as a player/manager, otherwise nobody will want to play for you and it just creates another poopy snoopy environment in the NHL league. Just happened with Game 7 W. He lasted what 2 weeks?
