Role and Responsibility as an Owner

Owners are responsible for running, managing, and guiding their organization to victory.

They must ensure all their teams are being run correctly by Management, and that they all have a good way to communicate with each other.

In the end, the Owner is responsible for having all of his teams run like a well-oiled machine. He/She should be the first person to jump in and fix a problem on one of his/her teams, as he/she is ultimately responsible for every team in his/her organization. 

Communication between Owners and Staff can ensure a successful season can be had.

Owners are also expected to meet the requirements outlined in the Manager Expectations.

Ive been an owner in this league for awhile. My teams have never had to FF never had major locker room troubles. My teams have always been competitive. Coming off my first playoff team id love to keep building on that success. Please let me keep the WOLVES

I’ve been a GM and AGM before. I feel like with me running the organization I can do some great things

I was a first time owner last year and learned A LOT. Learned a lot about the players too. I feel more confident and comfortable this year and I don’t really talk trash to anybody unless they do it to me first and even then I don’t. I try to be helpful and humble.

Been in the league for a while and have been a part of management since I started.

AGM 1 season is only official management but have always helped coordinate things.

Lots of comp experience since 2k20. WR, TPO, NDPL, etc. Have been a part of LGBA since season 7. Have never missed a game or broken a rule (to my knowledge) since I’ve started playing.

At this point I am quite confident in the rule book. I’d give myself a 4, I could use an in depth look into it but i’m willing to do that.

Please explain why you feel that you would be a good candidate for LGBA Ownership?

I believe i’d be a good owner because I’m active and I take 2k and this league serious. I’d expect the same out of everyone on my squad and I’d do everything in my power to field a full rule abiding team every night to compete. I think i’m one of the higher level players in this league and I’d like to be given the chance to build my own team and see what we can do. appreciate it.

Please explain why you feel that you would be a good candidate for LGBA Ownership? I feel like I'm a good candidate for LGBA Ownership because although I'm new to LG, I take 2k very serious and nothing motivates me more than putting the best team together possible for winning a championship.

I know what LG expects from management and I'm ready to step forward and put together a strong and passionate team. I have experience within LG at a high level and can bring forth that experience to better the league.

I have been a player and manager in various leagues for 4+ years. Leagues include LGBA, TWC, VGC, and various other leagues.

What is your knowledge of the rulebook? 4, after the previous LGBA season I became much more knowledgeable of the rules, and now know where to access all of the information needed for league rules when needed.

As a team owner I will strive to keep unity among team members, while also developing lineups and players that will play at their maximum capabilities. I am passionate about basketball and am highly competitive, and will be looking forward to putting a team together to make a championship run this season. I will also help the new owners and management coming into the league, as I was helped many times last season with questions and recommendations with navigating through the season.
