    Make sure that you read this thread thoroughly & fill out the application professionally. A quick response that looks sloppy isn't a good start to your potential LG ownership career.

    If you are currently an Owner who has expressed interest in returning to the role as Owner, you are NOT required to fill out an application. A PM will be sent to you by staff, simply reply there.

    If you are currently on the No Management List, be sure to contact the Commissioner's Staff, to officially appeal your NML PRIOR to applying for the ownership.

    Role and Responsibility As A LGHL Owner
    • Being selected as an Owner is a privilege not many are afforded. The most important thing the League wants to communicate to the Owners and Managers is that their number one priority is to ensure their Players have the best possible experience they can on this website! If selected as Manager or Owner, you are expected to make that your priority.
    • The day-to-day operations that keep a team functioning is also important. Managers and Owners are given the tools and ability to ensure their team functions properly within the guidelines set out by the League. It is important to understand that the Owner(s) and Manager(s) are also responsible for their team, and can be held accountable for actions and decisions they make or fail to make.
    • The position of Owner and Manager is considered to be a leadership role intended for those members of the community that consider themselves as leaders. It is recommended that only those members who can commit to the ups and downs a season can throw at them should be considered for a position of this importance.
    Understanding Expectations
    • The League has set expectations that those members selected for Ownership should adhere to. Those expectations include that these members keep the best interest of the League, sportsmanship, their players, and respect for one another high on their personal priority list.
    • This community looks to its Owners and Managers as leaders, who have volunteered their personal time to ensure that the teams are run correctly, as well as create a fun, competitive & organized experience for them.
    • Each Owner and Manager selected will be required to understand & accept these expectations prior to them being accepted by the League.
    Understanding Website Etiquette
    • Managers are expected to follow the code of conduct at all times. It is extremely important that all members feel respected.
    • Our Leagues bring out the competitive nature in us all, which is completely acceptable. The conduct outlined in the code of conduct doesn't restrict members from disagreeing with each other or debating Player skills and talent.
    • "Trash talk" is part of the game & will always be a part of this League. It is important to understand a line has been drawn in the Code of Conduct & that line needs to be respected at all times.

    We appreciate all who wish to be part of management, show enthusiasm, and want to grow Leaguegaming, especially the LGHL. With the understanding that individuals want the league to grow, we need to make sure that we have the best possible candidates in place to lead the progression forward. Not everyone will be great or good managers but we want you to try your hardest & learn along the way. It's important to always READ THE RULES!

    Why do you wish to take on the Ownership Role within the LGHL?
    I want to take owner in LG because I like having control over my team. I have played in the league since the beginning so I know almost every psn player in the league. Im also friends with everyone returning on the Toronto roster so I think it will be easy for me to take ownership.

    What are the goals you wish to achieve as an LGHL Owner?
    Win a cup finally in 17 szns of LG, and make a team thats fun and dont create problems for me and the league. I know everyone will says that but I will do it with my experience and knowledge.

    I wish to take an ownership role in the LGHL because I have been successful at all levels of management and want to be able to have the ability to create my own team.

      Been and an owner 3 seasons, including last season for Xbox NHL. We missed the playoffs by 3 points. Been an ahl gm for 8+ seasons before it. Owned a CBJ team last season where we made playoffs.

    7. Why do you wish to take on the Ownership Role within the LGHL? -Since season 14 I have owned or managed in some capacity and I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. When Markz told me he was stepping down it seemed like a good opportunity for me to take over the NJD as their are a few pieces in place with the team that I like. On top of this I feel like I have a lot to contribute to League Gaming as far as making it a good experience for all who partake and play on my teams I have built in the past and in the future.

What are the goals you wish to achieve as an LGHL Owner? -Ultimately the goal is to compete, owning in the NHL will be a new venture for me and I understand several people have had trouble finding success in their first season in the past; However, I feel I am ready for the task and will be able to ice a good team.

    7. Why do you wish to take on the Ownership Role within the LGHL?
      I wish to take Ownership because I want to recreate the moments we made while winning the Memorial Cup in S14 and the Stanley Cup in S15, I want to provide the players on my team with the best chance to win the biggest trophy in LG. Knowing how to build a team is a skill that you can’t learn on the sticks and it’s something I believe that I hold and want to prove on the highest stage.

      I want to create a fun and winning team both on and off the virtual ice. To me, keeping a positive environment outside of the game is just as important as winning on the ice. Of course the goal is to win the Stanley Cup, and I want to do that while being on a great team that my GM and I have built, along with the players who want to be a part of it.

    I wish to take ownership because I know a lot of people and know who would play good with who. I would also like to create a team because I play the game and know the talent. I want to go back to have a great time this upcoming season on the new game and take my team to the end.

      I have ran successful teams at the AHL level for four seasons in a row now. I have accomplished everything I have set out to accomplish at that level. I have learned from knowledgably owners and GM's over the years. I am ready to take on a new challenge.

    Agm for 2 seasons on LGHL Xbox.

    6 seasons in the LgNhl between both consoles.

    Played a few ESHL tourneys
    Won multiple awards and championships throughout all 3 leagues.

    7. Why do you wish to take on the ownership role within the lghl?

    Changes in my personal life such as work schedule and other factors have opened up a ton of free time so I'm looking to get much more involved in the lg community again. I think trying to build a team over the course of a few seasons is a great way to get more involved and I just enjoy meeting new players and playing the game! I also feel that my last stint as owner went fairly well for a new owner so I'd like to build on that experience and compete for a Stanley cup!

    8. What are your goals as an owner?

    I want to build a fun locker room atmosphere where players can come in to compete but know they'll be treated with the same respect I'd expect to be treated with. I think sometimes our community gets a bad reputation of being toxic and I want to build a team that not only can break that perception but also compete for the cup every year! I am very competitive but I treat everyone with respect and want to build a locker room of people with similar attitudes and skill! Ultimate goal is to be a cup contender every season and build a reputation of being a fun/desirable place to wind up in after bidding every season!
