Day 1 AHL trades

I am not discounting the work and accomplishment he had during last season. But all of the players that are on the gulls this season are trades and work ive done not him. NHL send downs and dps that I acquired are on that team. I understand life obligations get in the way but he's shown little to no interest and wants to get the game at the end of october and nhl bidding starts nov 1. He hasn't seen anyone on this new game and its different and I told him that. He will just go off of nhl 21 stats and that's not what im looking for. As for my personal life and obligations, I am very busy in my irl as well but find time to play and sacrifice some sleep and still function day to day. Work 50+ hours a week managing a hotel and never not on call. Also just bought a house. But I have no animosity towards ghost. Ghost has been nice to me and I feel bad for doing this but we gave him the chances and opportunities tried to include him but he just is too busy IRL and that is okay. We just went a different route and I want to put effort in and I expect my managers that I acquire to do the same. If irl is too in the way maybe management is best suited for when you aren't busy.
