If I’m not mistaken but isn’t that part of the job of being an owner ? Taking people under your wing showing them how it’s done and working with them . That’s how management is usally run
@LetherB_Carnage you are right in one way, but what @Hra-ow is trying to say is; if you dont know how to bid, make lines, schedule, know the rulebook ex. Please look elsewhere. Dont know if you have been chl management before but that might be a good place to start and grow your management skillz sir. GL this season, unfortunate you didnt get the job, i was ready to feast on WBS with you at the helm.
All good here @TheBobbyOrr4 yes I’ve been an owner 9 seasons in chl been gm for ahl 2 seasons and ya I learned how it’s done but as far as I know talented people who are good at the game always have hard times management in nhl I’ve seen how some run their teams but of course it’s my opinion and you are entitled to yours to about how things should be run I just find most skilled players don’t have a clue on how to own their purpose is to take up a free contract , as for a few can actually mange like Jclaus is really good at it and smart and has skill but all good let the superstars manage and enjoy the show should be a good one
