Edmonton vs Ottawa game explained

Clearly they should have, they had to back out, restart and get an ecu. But i'm not management... I had connexion issues until i came back on 10 mins later to see they played the whole period and i had a 3-0 loss in a game i was not involved in

Anyway i'm done i explained my point of view enough, bogs will decide

My response would be that its poor management from edmonton and it couldve been avoided by the oilers players.

Although my second thought would be that if im ottawa management or ottawa players in that game, im telling my players to back out for them. Edmonton owner is a new guy and we need to remember that its difficult being a new owner and sometimes they cant always be around to watch these games to make sure nothing happens lol

i just think its a lack of management experience from edmonton but also a gutless move by Ottawa to let this happen when Ottawa has many players who are aware of the rules. Just follow the rules and don't screw each other over lol, its a FREE virtual league lmao

But i agree with this statement. This rule is there for everyone i don't understand why one side is responsible more than the other, whatever the score or who lag out. You actually made me notice that it's literally stated:

2nd Period Disconnection:
●If a player(s) disconnects in the 2nd Period, TEAMS are required to play until the next whistle or
stoppage of play.
●Once the stoppage has occurred, BOTH TEAMS are to have their goalie leave the game session which
will prompt the game to end immediately.

So its a stoppage from both teams

The logic behind this rule is to avoid the result of a game to be interfered by IA's. If the game is needed to be stop and restarted, and that's how this league is working now, i still don't understand how a game that was not supposed to be played, could count... I would be really curious to have legit explanations about the bogs decision. Cause Anaheim also had a similar situation posted a few weeks ago and verdict was a reschedule from when the player lagged out. Anaheim was a reschedule while Edmonton counted, it's not clear. I think bogs actually don't give a fk or our management sleeping. It should be at minimum a 1-0 FF. But i'm probably the only one caring about it cause i'm the only one with a damn 3-0 L in a game he did not played

Anyway this rule need terms added about when the games are not stopped, or bogs needs to respect their rule logic ( which is none IA gameplay after a whistle or intermission )
