This post is to update everyone for the first Bolts CHEL Challenge, Here is some quick important information You are required to be in the official LG Discord so you can communicate with your opponent. You can check-in for your games 1 hour prior to official game time. Please check-in (once the bracket is up) to avoid forfeits. To check-in, you will see a "check in" button at the top of the Bolts Gaming League page. This event is a 1v1 NHL 22 event on PS4 The Qualifier is Sat Jan 15th & Sun Jan 16th at 13:00 GMT (15:00Fin, 14:00 Swe) The qualifier is open to the first 256 signups. The bracket will be generated no later by 12:00 GMT on Saturday How how many games are to be played each day, please refer to the image below Both teams must use the TB Lightning NHL team in the game *This is not a HUT event* If you need any help on how to use the LG site to enter stats or find your opponent read this thread. Format Players will all be put into 1 of 4 brackets (Brackets A,B,C & D) These brackets are double elimination, best of 1 At the end of the bracket, when the "winner" of the winners bracket faces the winner of the loser bracket, the loser must beat the winner twice in a row, where as the winner of the winners bracket just needs to win once. Once all 4 brackets are over, The winner from Bracket A will face the winner of bracket B, and the winner of bracket C will face the winner of bracket D in a best of 3 series. Those 2 winners will be the 2 players who are flown to Orlando for the live finals on Feb 12th. How to claim a FF if your opponent does not show/respond In round 1, if you check-in to your game and your opponent doesn't, you can claim a ff 15 minutes after scheduled game time. In all other rounds, we ask you check to see if your opponent has checked in, or is playing a match. If after 45 minutes of your scheduled game time, you can ask an admin in the discord to advance you. If you have any questions please ask! ~Update~ We had 120 signups, so we moved to 4 "32 player" brackets. This means each bracket has 30 players (2 random players in each bracket get a r1 bye) We will update our timetables for tomorrow since we save a round.
