Need to be taken out of the game, it's already stupid that your stuck on the ice for atleast 10 seconds after a big hit but you also get gimped (speed or shot) for a good chunk of the game when the game randomly decides that your injuried. IMO Injuries need to be completely taken out of eashl they serve no purpose but to randomly punish a player. the 10 seconds you spend on the ground getting up is already enough of a punishment and on top of that a good chunk of the times you get injuried is when you get hit AFTER you have passed or shot the puck.

Its the only equalizer to someone who uses 5’7 160lbs

what other penalty is given to these players for maximizing their speed and acceleration to 95

How it should work is bigger but slower players are harder to hit off the puck, while the smaller players are faster but easy to knock off the puck. The problem is outside of xfactors every players is pretty easy to knock off the puck even if bigger players are slightly better at keeping the puck the difference doesn't make up for the lack of speed.
