So, I would rather that we have Vladimir Guerrero on our team than Ichiro Suzuki. But don't get me wrong, Ichiro is a great player! Only reason Mariners haven't traded him away, is because he has that right with Japan and all, and can't be traded or something similar.

Ok Ichiro is the most consistent hitter in the game right now and is no slouch in the field. You wouldn't want him on your team because?

Because right now I am satisfied with the Outfield of my Angels.

    LF-Jose Guillen

One of them could DH or be traded. I bet every team in the game would love to have a lead off hitter as good as Ichiro.

Best player... lol... not even close. Only reason Ichirco gets on base half the time is because he's fast. Just wait till age kicks in.

He Plays on the shittest team in the league, hes on pace to break the all time hits in a season record (i think its 267 by Sisler)Theres no one else producing in hes lineup so its all on his shoulders. Hes one of if not, the fastest guys in the majors. One of the best Right fielders. Best lead off hitter(Furcall is 2nd ) You may feel differently about Ichiro, but in my opinion hes the best player in the AL

So basically you think he is the best because he slaps the ball on the ground and gets a bunch of base hits because he is fast? :p

Figured I would just add it in here instead of creating a new thread, anybody watching/hearing about the Indians-Yankees game?

Cleveland is up 15-0 in the bottom of the 5th. Wow, talk about a thrashing!

But hey, at least we are scoring. And at least we are getting beat by a team with a .500+record. I say + as Cleveland is .500.

What are you, a Yankees fan? I am in no way a Yankees fan, or a Red Sox fan. I don't care how many games ahead or behind they are, all I care about is the AL West.

Angels are playing in the toughest division in baseball right now!
