(I am asking this question because I want a piece of the best before the loses really count)

Like Shush said...preseason doesn't mean anything. But if I had to pick the toughest team it would be Da Bears.

Although...I'm still gonna kick some butt. Y'all better bring your A game. That's all I'm saying.

 

I agree! Ted is awesome at this game...he will be very tough this season. The :fchi: are gonna be super tough.

 

So what makes Ted so tuff?

 

His defence is awesome. I played him pretty tough a few seasons ago when he was Buffalo....but I think I had a few turnovers that screwed me. Either way he is good.

I would've said Accountblocked, but he's gone... and I haven't really gotten much of a chance to play you guys.

I'm Pittsburgh in another league, and I just played a game with the Bears (minus Booker, for practice w/o him), and damn... I sure have learned to appreciate the Bears' CBs, compared to the Steelers'. You really start appreciating what your higher rated players can do for you when you play as another team who lacks a good player in that position. Case and point: the Bears' WR core, in which no one is rated higher than 74, really make you appreciate Hines and Ward. The reverse can be said when comparing defenses.

I hope to have some success with the Bears this season though. I expect really close games that will be decided on the running game. Expect me to try to grind out first downs and win my games on the defensive side of the ball.

 

Yea, well....you could always trade for a better WR. Lelie for Tillman??? :wink:

I think Latt and Squid are two to look out for, not to mention the new guy Stupid. Looking forward to seeing those matchups.

 

Stupid is stupid good. he whomped me good tonight. Squid? eh, he's a pushover.

 

With the exception of that toss up with 3 seconds remaining and watching my safety completely miss the ball, I think I had your number . Losing Harington hurt too, especially because he was finally completing some passes.
