Saints Row

I bought the game. I am really looking forward to playing it. I enjoyed the demo so I expect that I am going to like Saints Row.

 

I bought it Saturday and I am officially hooked, with the online element it really adds to the game IMO. I actually think they did a pretty good job with it and trying to make an online enviroment that promotes working together to win. I have randomly been doing team ranked games and the guys who work togethers teams are way better and it means $45 vs $15 when you win.

 

Lovin my guy, so many successful robberies. Just pulled one off at the Scratch That. Also, who likes getting high?

 

I bought the game, I really like the story. Just like GTA but that is a good thing and with next gen graphics and better story.

Escort, pimp, whatever Can you pick them up in your car like in GTA to improve your health?

 

Those are the escort missions, I've already done them.

And no, you can't latt.

 

I think this is a pretty good game. My only problems I have with it is that its sometimes hard to tell if your getting shot or not. It's also not easy to switch to other weapons on the fly during a battle. Good story, good graphics, and alot of fun to play though.

 

I think the game is really good. It's a blatant rip-off but you can't get mad when a game is this good. I still say GTA will come back with an even better game and I can't wait.

 

But just think how good Volition's next version will be =P~ . It was a rip-off, but it also paid-off. This title should make them quite a bit of money so they'll be able to build on this. Just this month they've hired their 150th employee 8)

I would expect next time that they'll have many innovations instead of a straight copy of GTA. I'm excited. I never bought a GTA game, but for some reason this one intereste me enough to buy it. Saint's Row is the first open-ended game to feature online modes. The co-op modes are pretty hard (for me at least) but they are almost like a fun Live Arcade game.

I think they built and designed a nice game which only gives me hope for the sequel. Their timing was perfect as it fills the void before the next GTA. It's also a great thing for the 360 as well since as of right now, it's exclusive to that platform.

I agree that the next GTA should put this game to shame. But we still have to wait a year for that one and for now, this one is pretty darn good

 

I agree 100%, this is awesome for fans of this genre.

 

i rented it and it wasnt bad, i play most games for online and the servers were pathetic..guys glitching all over. Its defenitly a rental but not a buy for me.

 

There are rumors of a patch coming soon. Hopefully that will help the online lag and glitching. When you do get a glitch/lag free game going online it is very fun and the offline game is deep enough that you will probably not do a lot of it with just a rental.
