No, I said acclaimed receivers are not team players. By acclaimed I mean the media focuses only on them. Players like TO, Keyshawn, Chad Johnson, etc...

Ok i think I got it now.

Tory Holt and Marvin Harrison are mediocre to decent.

And no one can be the best receiver because all acclaimed receivers arent team players and the team players arent as good as the acclaimed receivers.

    Thanks for clarifying.

Well if they are not the best, then obviously they are classified as something else.

We all have different opinions, but obviously I am not eligible to have one.

Right. You've never disagreed with someone's opinion on these forums,? Good one.

Anyway, back to the best receiver discussion. Sorry for the slight derailment.

Steve Smith is the best...but honestly how can you not have Torry Holt on there 3rd in receiving yards with 522. 5th in the league with receptions 37 and 1st in touchdowns with 7...the next closest is Berrian with 4. Give it to Holt

The option to vote for "other" is up there. The meaning of the "other" button is for people to vote for a WR that is not on the list. For example: I voted "other" so I could select Bernard Berrian. I did this because Berrian was not on the list of people to vote for. So in order to vote for Holt you will need to click the "other" button and tell us who you picked.

I can see that big guy...Holt has been one of the top receivers since hes been in league 7 years ago. I just find it odd that a future hall of famer isnt on that list.

Sorry to derail again to everyone...

Chad is a team player. The guy will go with no catches and say nothing(as he has this season) so long as the team wins. He understands that he will be double teamed A LOT to TJ will get more catches at times. Chad wants the team to win. Guys like KJ and TO want their own stats to be padded. Try actually watching a game or knowing something about a team before criticizing them.

I say Chad Johnson just to spur a little debate/discussion...

    C. Johnson not only has amazing hands, speed, jumping, and any other God-given talent, but he also has fun with what he does. His celebrations are by far the best in the league, so that combined with his numbers I would have to say he is the best. He has it all.

Also, recently Johnson has accepted the role of a secondary receiver because of the coverage he draws and the abilities of Houshmanzedah. This combined with Lewis cutting back on the celebration of plays and Johnson still has yet to voice complaint. So he is also is a team player.
