Halo 3 League?

With Halo less then a week away, I was wondering if there was going to be a league for it? Capture the flag would be fun :mrgreen:

 

Hmm. I've been ambivalent about buying Halo 3 (have it preordered, just dunno if I want to spend the $60 on it), but I think a potential league could push me over the edge. Will Halo 3 have any sort of 'clan' support or anything like that?

 

Im sure it will be a huge game, and most everyone will be getting it :mrgreen:

 

Halo 2 had clan support, so i would imagine that they would intergrate that into halo 3. If not, LG could have clan support :mrgreen:

 

I'm definitely getting is tuesday. Hopefully we do something.

 

I don't have proof of what I read, but I am pretty sure that I thought they got rid of the clan support for Halo 3...it was one of the disappointments since it was so popular. They said you still had the party system. I read too many video game magazines and websites that it all just blurs together.

Just with the sheer number of people that will buy the game we should have more than enough for a league right?

IGN has a review up, the multiplayer possibilities seem to be plentiful.

 

We had it for Halo 2, why not 3? It attracted alot of attention, although it was short-lived due to game glitches. I even think it set an LG record for most logged in users at one time, no?

I really wasn't planning on picking it up right away, but if we get a team league going again, I will pick it up soon!
