Just wondering who else is going to the MLB All Star game tomorrow night? While I was at the free Bon Jovi concert in Central Park, I was able to score a ticket really cheap.

Me and My dad where looking to get tickets even though its in New York, it would be close to us about a 3-4 hour drive i belive and wanted to go and see the 7 Red Sox going. Plus its going to be one of/if not the best all star game with it being the last all star game in New York.

well i looked into it and the last time i checked it was 800 per ticket (all star game) and 400 (home run derby). As much as I would love to be there "Yankee Stadium" and all, way too much money. Also I am trying to buy a house soon so it wouldn't be a smart choice to throw that kind of money around.

    OTH have fun!!

i have the Fri night season ticket package. i think there was a random drawing for partial plan holders to be offered ASG tix, we didn't get picked. there was also a random, open to the public drawing that the three of us entered...didn't get picked. i absolutely would have gone if we got tix, but not at the scalper prices.

the last regular season home game is the same way. $500-1000 and rising faster than gas.

But he ran out of gas....I hate when they have to show off instead of just saving themselves and winning the whole thing.

My friend and I are in a lower row in the upper deck behind home plate. We got them from someone in our curling club for $200.

he wasnt showing off. He heard and felt the fans energy. Its the all* game(events). He was putting on a show that the fans were loving. The announcers said it but not enough. He had YANKEE FANS cheering for him. And when he was gassed out at the end in the third round; he had YANKEE FANS trying to lift him up. Just watching the home run derby last night changed my view on what all* event ranks where. YANKEEEEE FANS!!!!

    Basketball/Baseball tie
    Hockey
Football<--------useless to have an all* event. need to scrap it all together.

BEST GAME EVER!!!!! What excitement, the drama was unbelievable, meeting twins in a bar before the game, not knowing if I'd make my last train home afterwards....I could go on and on. An unbelievable experience. Will post my photos next week when I get home.

Tonight I am going to a minor league all star game, and then I leave for Cape Cod....yes for a curling tournament....in the summer!

That's because Hamilton will be a Yankee in a couple of years.

    2000th post! Woo hoo!

nice, glad to hear. It reminds me of 1995 playoffs, it was electric there. Every pitch everyone was standing. (also Don Mattingly's Last year). It looked exciting, anyway glad you had fun!!
