Singles tourney

How many would be interested in a singles tourney with an open schedule, in addition to the team tourney?

If there are a few that are interested, I would like to start one up by this weekend!

Post if you ARE IN TO PLAY, not just interested.

(From what I have gathered, scoreboard support will be available, just the admins are busy right now.)

i am probably out for this depending on how long it takes to get started. i'm getting my shoulder scoped next week and there will be NO videogames at all for me for 2-3 weeks so unless it takes a really long time to get started, out.

It will be open. Meaning, all you have to do is challenge an opponent each week. It will be similar to a ladder style tournament. But with more of a tour feel.

Not really. But I was leaing towards simaltanious stroke play. Tees blue, pin location med, etc.

But we are still open to anything. I just figured that stroke play would be the easiest way to track scores and etc.

 

i was more making sure it wasnt on TOURpro....... i think that it should be like this:
Tees: Black
Pins: expert
Greens: Fast
Fairways: Fast
Rough: Long



i think that the pin selection is key.... tees i dont think really matter but if you want more of the tour feel everything needs to be at it's most difficult..... and i think that i can speak for bong in not wanting to play Simultaneus... just plain ole stroke play... SIM takes away a hug part of golf(talking in backswings) watching the other guy shoot... i mean even the pro's pair up..and when was the last time you played a round by yourself....?

 

I would have to agree. This sounds much more realistic IMO. I dont have any problems with these settings. (Maybe Greens = fast. I hate fast greens :evil: )

I was kind of hoping it would be on tour mode.. To make it more diffciult cause on other setting its easy to shoot like 1o under

i think that there is too big a gap between all expert settings ans toupro...i can shoot 12 under on the hardest setting but then i shoot a +10 on tourpro i guess it doesnt matter since everyone will be playing on the same settings... we can do tour pro as long as you dont mind 5 putting every green
