Happy I'm just joking I like you 99% of the time. @looper_61 same I'm just giving you shit.
Thanks for your opinion if your not interested in AGM see yourself to the door please. You can either judge people by the reputation they have or you can get to know a person and make an educated decision based off of that as I did with Tyler. Tyler is a great guy and a great player. He's just young and has made some mistakes. You can't tell me you were perfect at the age of 19. I believe in giving people a chance to prove themselves if they show they deserve it. I believe Tyler does deserve a chance to fix his wrongs so I have given him this opportunity. If your going to continue to be negative about this there is no need for you to be in this thread.
For anyone interested I will explain why this would be a great opportunity to be on a great team. First off regardless of his reputation Tyler is a great guy who is very motivated this season to build a strong team to have a long playoff run.
Secondly you will have full support from our NHL management, answering any questions you may have and so on. Third the roster is already in great shape prior to AHL bidding. All this team really needs in bidding is a top forward line. 2 dmen and a backup goalie. If we ever take any players from you we will be helping you replace them. Although I do not see us needing to take anybody once we call our two NHL dmen back up and replace them with dmen from NHL bidding. This will be a top ahl team so this is a great opportunity for anybody that wants to be part of a good fun team. If interested contact Tyler. We will be naming someone prior to AHL bidding.
I Happy-Gilmore-27 will honestly say Tyler was aids last season but he is 100% better this season and even better at 19
Some people view the idea of being "worth a free contract" in different lights. I'm not 100% certain what criteria you are looking for, but if skill level is the #1 factor that you're looking for and people aren't banging down your door to take the job, then I would re adjust your criteria to someone who's an above average player, but will be dedicated and will put the time and effort in to being a great managing partner. Someone who's gonna be 9/9 and help the team practice in club and organize them on game night. Those characteristics are invaluable to a GM and can sometimes outweigh an elite top forward or Dman who's just there for the free contract.
That's just my 2 cents from someone doing this a while in AHL.
heard @iTz_Cattywampus is looking for an agm spot
