Xbox Anaheim(gulls)/Columbus(monsters) Resign Issue

This was discussed for a very long time between the NHL/AHL BOG as well as the commissioners aswell. A lot of headaches have been caused because of this and a lot of more may come because of this reversal. But at the end of the day. This is clearly intent to circumvent rules that were put in place prior to the offseason.

We understand that this was partially vague but we know the gist of it. You can't trade a player away, have him get resigned elsewhere and then trade him back all in the same offseason.

It has been determined by the BOG that Anaheim and Columbus have attempted to circumvent the no trading resign rule established in AHL this offseason. Therefore the following trades that have been made will all be reversed as they all pertain to the original deal.

 

The following is also evidence that the owner of Anaheim and Columbus had known about this rule well in advance and had full intention of circumventing it while attempting to mask it.

As a result. Anaheim and Columbus management on the NHL side will all receive a 1 game suspension. Air raiders excluded because he is no longer management due to this reversal process
