Anyone know?

I've asked in the shoutbox a few time and haven't heard anything in return. I'm wondering if it's possible to change my LG gamer tag to my second account so I don't have to club hop more than I do with my primary. Any help would be appreciated.

I know there's an option under your profile settings where you can edit your gamer tag. In terms of legality and when it can't be changed I'm not positive. It's under the "personal details" section.

Yeah, like I said idk if there are rules regarding the change or not I just know that it's available in that section.

You click on external account and you'll see you gamer tag and hit edit gamer tag

 

It's ok to change the "PSN Gamer Tag" from your Personal Details. But it would be best to change it in External Accounts. That will change your LG username too.

Be careful with multiple username changes. We don't want ppl abusing their LG username change. It's a limited feature.

I might have to be on a computer then. I can't find it on my phone. It doesn't have a edit button

 

I want to hold my same user name but change my psn name only

 

Ex: my second account is xHAZEYDAZEX so I would like to use that psn tag when I play games but keep brink when it comes to LG name

 

If you want to keep your same username, then only change it on Personal Details. Lots of us do expect your LG username = PSN name tho, and I'm not sure what field Tris' API uses to map your player stats to your LG account.

If the API isn't working because of mismatched names, you should change your LG username to your PSN name.

 

Okay sweet deal. I'll just keep brink... lol to much hassle to change it.
