Some of the screens looked good. But the best part of this game so far has to be that Chevelle and Clutch are on the soundtrack, two of my favorite bands. Other than that this game doesn't look all that special.

NCAA 08 is the game for me. I'm going to rent 2k8 and Madden to see which one(s) I want to buy.

I"ll buy NCAA for sure, and Madden as usual. NCAA is the one I'm the most excited about. The new recruiting options look amazing.

They only NCAA games I have ever owner are NCAA 06 (Xbox) and NCAA 07 (PSP). I have shyed away from buying them in the past because LG usually doesn't have a strong league for it. I guess I really don't have the time to dump into dynasty either. Maybe if they had online rosters I would be more willing to look into it.

NCAA is a sure buy every year. The gameplay is much better than Madden. Madden does look promising this year though. But I've thought that for the past few years and have been disappointed. Can't wait to renew our Big Ten Rivalry JConn. Don't worry, the badgers don't have a ton of trick plays in their playbooks. But you'll have to try and tackle PJ Hill.

Laurinaitis is more than up to the task. The real and virtual Buckeyes have a lot of redemption to seek after title game collapses.

you should have better success this season. My passing attack is going to be weak. Hopefully PJ's hands are good and he has very high stamina. My D should be dominant though...compared to last seasons' MSU, i think anything will be better.

lol....just buy it and you won't regret it. Except when PJ Hill and the rest of the badger nation is running down your throat.

oh yeah don't forget about the option and all of the trick plays....statue of liberty and the hook and ladder need I say more. When you play at a major stadium, the crowd has a factor and it's hard to call audibles when you're they away team....the stadium's so loud and your controller vibrates. It's easy to have a come-from-behind win due to the momentum meter. This game is the only sure thing pigskin game. It always has been in my opinion.

Yea, I liked 07 for the PSP. I had all the 1A and 1AA player names downloaded. It was fun. Can you download names in the 360 version?

I don't know...It doesn't bother me anymore to see cb#34 or HB #39. It did when I was younger, but now I know alot of the players in College football and on my teams. Try to rent in when it comes out, I don't think you'll be disappointed in it. hopefully you'll buy after trying it and be around for season 2 of '08.

Lat, you can download them for offline for sure. Not sure about online yet though. I usually always go through FKrosters to get college rosters.

Has anyone read how the online will work for the 2k game? Since there are no set teams, do you have to draft players every single time you play an online game (not in a league)? I assume leagues will have some type of draft before starting though.

That thread over at OS may answer a lot of these questions. I know they may not be much interest over here, but there have been over 200 posts over the last few hours, so there is some interest out there. Basically, you take the team you create offline and take them online to play.

From everything I have read, that will be the case. Only thing I have seen is no same players in season mode and possibly online leagues.
