I think that the series can go past 4 games, It is the first series that the Yotes have had where we aren't the obvious underdog. The Blackhawks didn't lose to the Yotes in the Regular Season, and the RedWings had to be favoured to win it all... Coyotes know that underdogs can win, and the Capitals will definitely take advantage of any1 underestimating them. There is no underestimation...if you can forfeit 3+ times in the playoffs and still make it to the finals you have some fight in ya. Dirtymike, silentninja, i beatupcakes, and all of the guys that won the games that they didn't forfeit....along with new acquisition i_am_a_tool(from this months EASHL champs Timbits Hawkey) and others will make sure that there are no free wins. If this Caps team catches fire ... who knows how it will go. But we plan on doing the West proud....WEST SIIIIIDE!
Not including a forfeit win, the Caps took the season series 6-2. Each game I've played against Phoenix has been a good one. It should be a fun series, win or lose.
wow, 6-2, i didn't expect that. I remember playing in one great game against the Capitals. I honestly didn't pay a whole lot of attention to the East-Teams in the season, I looked thru the top player stats and you guys have a lot of great point getters on the team and i think the core was all that remained at the end of the Reg season. It just took a little while for the Caps to get the rest of the team together. They have the pieces to put up W's. We both need 4 wins, and sometimes even the best teams can't buy a win. Right now, the cup is up for grabs.
