Not sure how to answer that question but you're eligible for this year's draft and if not drafted you're eligible for the draft until you reach 48 CHL games or 10 AHL games or 10 NHL games. When you reach one of those three you'll get amateur status which will make you available in NHL and AHL bidding.

If that's true, since the draft is over, I should have amateur status and be eligible to be bid on in the NHL and AHL but I'm still listed prospect.

 

You are correct, you should be graduated, no idea when that happens, I would think before NHL bidding. You do have enough games, that's for sure.

 

Even that generic games played number displayed in the chl stats isnt really a total of actual eligible games towards the 48. Red vs blue TC games and preseason games are all counted in that number 49 you see.

 

yeah once you sign up for it then ask the person who started the game to send you a friend invite and party invite and go from there. you should see their name by the part that says host: and then it should show their name. This is just how I did it. If anyone else has a different or easier it would be very helpful.

 

Any idea how soon scouting games will happen once NHL 19 comes out?

I've been playing EASHL Since NHL '09 and I finally found what I've been looking for, excited to get going.

 

Look in the pickup games once 19 is out. The pickup games tab is under the shoutbox. The games usually get posted in there and then you sign up and hope you get confirmed (your name will be in green). You'll usually get an invite at game time from the person running the game.

All spots have already been filled, applications were filled out a while ago. They also don't give ownership to completely new players. If they did, the league would be rampant with terrible teams made by unprepared owners who have no clue what they're doing + have limited knowledge of the rules and the playerbase.

 

Appreciate the reply, I was more or less just wondering. I wouldn't attempt to become owner after just joining the league this week lol but I appreciate your consideration.
