That was probably the most frustated that I've ever been in a tourney Every time that I should have moved my aim when I thought I should, it would have been the right thing to do. Conversely, every time that I did move my aim, I already had the perfect read! 29 putts in round four is not gonna get it done. I love the course, but just couldn't get going on it this week. At least I holed my pitch into the first in round 3 With those winds, I think that we are looking at nearer -60 than -40 for a winning total as the wind is pretty low throughout. It kicks up every now and then to about 15 mph, but not regularly. Good luck fellas, I'm sure that a couple of you are going to go really low this week
I enjoyed playing this course as a Major last year, and wanted to give it one more shot. But I would certainly encourage feedback on known courses that would be worth of the higher points pool. It's been hard being the only one really deciding LT's course locations.
-60 would be outrageous. I played rounds 1 and 2 in -20 and I think I played pretty well. Lots of long par 4s, firm greens with severe slopes, this course is no pushover.
This is one of my favourite courses in TGC. I didn't play too well but still had a blast with my rounds.
Haven't played it yet this week, but enjoyed the other times I have. I think it is a worthy choice for a major.
