OWNER CadarianTV GM xCiri AGM TBD Welcome to the official Chelsea FC thread! I'll try to keep this as simple as possible. Here we will be posting all of the times and dates of our scouting games, as well as offer you guys information about us and the club! We want to be a successful club this season which means we need players with the same goal in mind. The top 3 things we are looking for is as follows; Positive attitude towards each game (especially when we concede) Good availability Want to win! Below you will find the formation we will most likely be running, however this is not set in stone. 4-3-3 (Attack) DEFENSE/KEEPER We are looking to build a strong core of defenders who are consistent each match. We need our outside backs to be able to support the wingers and the center backs. These players will be expected to move around the pitch a lot and make quick decisions to help create attack and prevent danger. For the keeper, be able to make smart decisions when playing the ball and expect to get involved in play. MIDFIELD In the midfield we will need players who can work the ball around the pitch quickly, as well as maintain possession and make intelligent plays. We like to play a fast game with lots of ball movement so these players should expect to see the ball regularly. FRONT THREE/ATTACKERS Up front we're looking for players who can put the ball away, plain and simple. You need to be able to finish your chances AND have the ability to create them.
