1. Syracuse Crunch
- Very solid FWD core and pretty alright Dcore considering the Defense pool in bidding. They also have two solid tendys, and some DPs to work with on TC. Overall I can’t see this team not being 1st or 2nd in this division.

2. Grand Rapid Griffins
- One of the better FWD cores in the AHL… not too sold on some of the D-men they grabbed in the bidding/draft that will be the X factor along with two goalies who are not 100% proven yet.

3. Belleville Senators
- Kind of questionable about this team. It can go so many different ways that only time will tell how good this team is. A few of these guys have not played at their respective positions in a few seasons, some even more than a few. I do think that they have a pretty good d-core for having little to no assets. The FWD core is mostly what I question because of the fact some are unknown to me. Wouldn’t be surprised if this team ends up being better than the 3rd spot.

4. Rochester Americans
- I feel like I am underrating this team a little bit but this division is actually pretty even across the board for the first 4-5 teams at least. These guys have a good top 6 fwd group and some good dmen as well. They also have two quality goalies in servz and marts. I can see them finding a way into the top 3.

5. Toronto Marlies
- I can see this team ending up at the 5th seed because the top 4 are seeming like a lock to me. I like some of their pickups in bidding, but I just question that they don't have any standout players. Sorry @Chamski_23 , but I can see you guys fighting for a playoff spot for the majority of the season.

6. Providence Bruins
- Decent fwd group but i really do not like their dcore that much outside of one or two players. Hopefully Cota can help the defense look a bit better than I expect them to be. All I can say is prove me wrong.

7. Charlotte Checkers
- VERY MEH.. I like some of these fwds but I'm not sure I agree with some of the bigger contracts that they picked up. I feel like this will be a one line team to be honest. **Update** I had them 5th but decided to move them down.

8. Laval Rocket
-Honestly I’m going to say it now, this team is really bad. If I’m not wrong this is the Iowa Wild team of last season and yeah they did not get any better. They are going to need to make some trades if they want to win a decent amount of games.


Hopefully you all enjoy, don't get too butthurt or excited about where I ranked you. It's just a guess at the end of the day.

Opinion like this should be base on experience / knowledge…posting an article saying X team are bad and not knowing anything about them…you lose credibilaty…
