EMERGENCY in SINGLES so me and jayfro are playing and that glitch happend were the ball clips the net and stays on the floor and we cant do anything so we had to disconnect the score was 0-4 30-30 i dont want to lose the games i just played what should we do
Babolat or Tris10? Any help would be appreciated, but this is the second match in a row that this has happened. I had to start my match over with Vagetarian which I didn't agree with but we aren't sure how to do the scoring otherwise.
Replay the match from scratch. When stuff like that happens in other games/leagues (especially early like this) the whole thing is replayed. Yeah, it sucks that you won 4 games and lose them, but it wasn't anyone's fault the error happened, and if you're good enough to be up 4-0 already, you should be able to do it again no problem.
If I was Alpha I would be ticked as well. When I played Vagetarian I won the first set 6-0 and the second set was 5-4 him. I earned the entire first set but had to replay the whole match which ended up being 7-6 in the third set. Maybe if Microsoft would just fix the problem......
That just a tough scenario. There is a coupe of things that you can do, but to keep this short, just replay it.
