FNP Community Vote + Suggestions

Hello LG faithful,

I'm looking to gague the interest of an FNP Auto-draft event, wherein players who sign up will be randomly assigned based on their positions and teams are assembled completely randomly. The first pick would then become the defacto captain.

Also, I'd like to open up this forum for suggestions, constructive feedback or just for you to tell me how poorly I'm doing as commish and make me regret the amount of time I spend setting this up every Friday.

meh, i don't know about the auto draft. as long as you allow the better players to be gms, less chance people would quit (even though it happens rarely to begin with). It's fine as it is now IMO.

I Like the idea but there’s is too much toxic salt in the air for this to end well sadly

 

I think you should actually enforce a ban on people that no show because of the team they get on. And people that say “oh I can’t make the first and maybe the second game” should not be allowed to sign up. Suppose to be fun and chance to mix things up, not a club tournament. (Unless it is a club FNP week)

This is probably the best idea I've ever heard.

As long as:

1. The teams get auto-drafted AFTER the deadline so people can't abuse the auto-fill during sign ups
2. Enforce bans for players who no-show or bail because they don't like their team

 

in my honest opinionated opinion, this sounds awful
