Forfeit Button

    I've added a quick way to mark a game as a Forfeit.

    1. Under Team stats, put a 1-0 score for goals (for which ever team gets the win)
    2. A red "Mark As Forfeit" button will appear, Click the button
    3. It will ask you to confirm, If you do it will mark every player as DNS, and remove every stat for every player, every team and the period stats
    4. Click the green "Save Stats" button to save the game
    Thats it, should help avoid FF mistakes
