This is a brand new league running a dynamic similar to Hardcore Puck League. We are going to run as many seasons as we can. Unlike HPL, the Platypus Hockey League will use EASTERN TEAMS only, instead of Western. There will be 2 franchised players per team. GM's are encouraged to trade with Users and Western CPU's, but only Western CPU's. An unfilled Eastern team cannot be traded with until a user takes over. Sim will be every 2-3 days on average.
