    Pretty much sums up what I liked about 2k5.

    You could start out playing without looking like a complete ~*~* but you were always learning and it had so much depth. Defense was a skill you had to aquire through playing. Making adjustments on defense to stop your opponent. Learning to control the closest defender and charge up his tackle to make sure he made the tackle.

    well i didnt play madden 04 so i wouldnt know.. I thought both games 2k5 and madden 2005 hit their peek then..
