This policy will serve as a reference for how all members on the Leaguegaming Site (Active, Inactive or Retired) should conduct themselves while on or off Leaguegaming.com, its chat-box, forums, apps, and during all sanctioned Leaguegaming activities, including but not limited to:
    • Leaguegaming site player names, League games, including in-game names and communication.
    • Xbox and PlayStation party chats during official games and sanctioned events.

    • Streams (Twitch, Youtube) during official League games, league media, or sanctioned Leaguegaming events.
The site will reserve the ability to unaffiliate itself with any member for conduct on any form of media that does not correspond with the direction and beliefs the site is representing. All members are considering a representation of Leaguegaming as well as a representation of any host organization that is using our platform. Members who are unaffiliated or currently under a ban will be identified to host organizations prior to a new event taking place allowing the host to determine if said member is eligible to participate within the event.

Your use of this website and its tools is governed by the Leaguegaming.com Terms of Service

Since Leaguegaming.com is the method in which members of this community come together, Leaguegaming reserves the right to govern every form of social media, and form of communication utilized by its players. This would be deemed as but not limited to; communication via text messages, social media apps [Twitter — Facebook — Instagram], messaging apps [Discord — KIK — GroupMe], and communication on gaming consoles [Xbox — PSN]. This right reserved by the league will not be applicable in situations where members are interacting about topics outside the scope of the website, the league, or the sanctioned events the users are participating in. In any personal disputes outside what the website deems as 'its scope" [outlined above], the site policies will not be enforced.

Leaguegaming.com also reserves the right to all of its official branding.

    • Registered members and unregistered users of the website that are using Leaguegaming.com's name in any form of social media, or as a way to identify oneself as being affiliated with the league, website, or sanctioned event shall adhere to this policy. In a situation whereby a user breaches this policy on any form of media, the league reserves the right to apply the violations of this policy to that said user, as well as having the affiliation removed from that user.
Below you will find the General Policies and related punishments associated with the Social Conduct Policy for Leaguegaming.com.

This policy also covers any areas not described in the individual Constitution of any League on Leaguegaming.com. This document also supersedes any individual League Constitution when the question of site interactions and guidelines are involved.

All other complaints may be filed by staff or outside parties not listed at the beginning of this statement.
    • In situations whereby a member of the site feels actions were taken against themselves, but does not feel comfortable with submitting a formal complaint via the site's Action Centre, that member has the ability to send a PM to either @LG McDonald or @Tris10.

Harassment of a member is deemed unacceptable and should stop immediately upon the request of the user who is reporting the harassment. An exchange between two parties will NOT be deemed harassment unless it is deemed egregious by Staff.

The league defines harassment as: "A form of discrimination. It includes any unwanted physical or verbal behavior that offends or humiliates the person that may or may not be repetitive in nature. Harassment is also considered unwanted communication after a user has been asked to leave the other party alone. Harassment also includes the situation whereby a user circumvents the other party's ability to block/ignore communication with the user who is currently harassing him/her."

Sexual harassment is defined as behavior characterized by the making of unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances in a professional or social situation.

This includes but is not limited to:

    • Repeatedly contacting a member after they asked you to stop.
    • Continuously attacking or berating another member.
    • Spreading true or untrue rumors or information about a member to other members of the community.
    • Asking other members of the community to gang up and attack another member.
    • Acting in an aggressive or intimidating manner towards another member.
Generally, harassment is a behavior that persists over time, however, serious one-time incidents may also be considered harassment. In most general harassment situations the League requires a history of complaints filed on the user being accused of harassment to show a pattern of unwanted behavior.

Any cases of sexual harassment will automatically result in a Capital Offense for the first violation and, if management, being put on the No-Management List indefinitely. A second violation will result in a site ban.
