This game must be good. The interest has jumped drastically in the past 24 hours. I'll download the demo tonight. If I like it, I'll pick it up tomorrow and join if there's room.

 

It is a great game if you enjoy FIFA games. There are 32 spots open so I am sure there will be room.

To anyone who is thinking about picking this game up - it's phenomenal. Best FIFA game to date, and IMO 10x better than FIFA 08. I used to be a huge fan of the Winning Eleven/PES soccer games up until this year's game which is crap online (although it is decent offline)....FIFA has made huge strides with this game and it is a TON of fun to play.

Soccer is a hard game to master if you're new at it but it is still a blast to play.

 

Im going to try and pick up this game tomorrow maybe

Bartlett, I'm in. I got the PMs from you and . My heritage is strong in football, sorry, soccer. The Germans are gone, the Swedes are gone, that leaves the Great Danes, but I have them in another league so to avoid becoming stale. I will go with the boys who can put away some ale, Republic of Ireland please. I'm not Irish, but I sometimes drink myself Irish. Looking forward to the league fellas. I am in the same league as Dom at another site. PES is a superior game to FIFA based games from a gameplay standpoint, but KONAMI seriously screwed it's online version up royally this year and made limited improvements to the offline game. EA has made big strides in the past 2 seasons of the soccer games and EURO is much better than FIFA08 which wasn't a bad game at all. I am excited about FIFA09 with the additions and improvements made to Euro 2008. Anyway, sorry about that, I'm in and give me the Irish.

 

Glad to see ya aboard Bogey! Gonna try and get some of the UL guys to sign up as well, would be fun for sure with a league this size.
