      2. Game Start Times : 9pm and 10 pm est.

      3. Difficult : Hall Of Fame

      4. Game Style : Simulation

      5. Quarter Length : 6 Minutes
    2. Lineups must be set by 8 pm est on the night of games.

    3. Members may participate in a maximum amount of games of 4.
      1. This includes management positions.

      2. There is no position lock. You can play any position but it might affect awards due to some positions getting larger numbers in other categories than what you usually play.

      3. Special cases may arise where an exception can be made but League Admins must be informed and permission requested before continuing.
        1. If we have complaints from training camp players regarding their involvement with team lacking, you will not be allowed to play an extra game.

        2. Only the Owner or General Manager may play an extra game. Regular members may not exceed their limit.
      4. Training Camp(TC) players may play in a maximum of 4 games a week.
        1. If a TC player plays 4 games in one game week that player must be moved into the Active Roster.
    4. You must have an accurate “MOC.” This member of management is responsible for:
      1. Having the opposing MOC on his Friends List so he can send the invite in a timely manner.

      2. Having a lobby up by 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

      3. Having all players in that lobby.

      4. Handling TC fill-ins if needed.

      5. Making lineup adjustments and filing action centre reports on players who did not show up for games.

      6. Taking pictures of post game stats.

      7. The MOC is not solely responsible for stat input. It is the Owner’s responsibility to make sure they get done either by them, or whoever he delegates.
        1. It is the Owner’s responsibility to hold members accountable.
    5. Games are required to start by the scheduled time. You should be getting your team rounded up earlier than the 9 pm and 10 pm times.
      1. at 5 minutes after the hour, the game is deemed unplayable and is either a forfeit or a reschedule.

      2. Pictures should be taken of your lobby to show you have done your part.
        1. If you do not take a picture of the lobby it becomes very difficult to prove who did their part.

        2. Both teams should make a lobby so they can show that they had 5 guys.

        3. Pictures of a party will not be enough. A lobby picture shows that you have guys and they are IN the game waiting.
      3. A reschedule may decided on at any point in the night.
        1. If you choose to reschedule you must both inform a commissioner that you will be playing that game at a later date. Preferably include that date so we know when to expect a resolution.

        2. Rescheduled games must be played by Sunday night.

        3. If you are rescheduling a game it CAN NOT impede on another game.
          1. “we chose to reschedule it for 930 the same night” is not acceptable because it than impedes on the 10 pm game and can impact 5-10 other members.
        4. We want to see 100% of games played and expect effort to be made to reschedule games.

        5. Commissioners may require a reschedule. These games have 4 days to be scheduled and completed.
    6. Lag-Outs/Players Dropping:
      1. If a player is having connection issues during lobby set up immediately begin to find a replacement player(s) to be prepared if needed.

      2. If a player lags out in the 1st 2 minutes of the 1st quarter, all players will quit and the lobby will be restarted.
        1. Hit the “start” button on your controller and take a screenshot of the players still in game for proof they dropped.
      3. After 2 minutes, games will be played out if a player lags out.

      4. If 2 players lag out that team forfeits. Games can be played out for stats but if any players want to quit they may do so without without league discipline.
        1. Hit the “start” button on your controller and take a screenshot of the players still in game for proof they dropped.

        2. Teams from the forfeiting loss team and/or winning team may utilize this.

        3. Players who quit due to the game already being a forfeit may request that the winning team not enter stats.
    7. Stats :
      1. Stats must be entered by 9 pm est the following day. Failure to do so will result in progressive discipline.

      2. Winning team is responsible for inputting all stats and also inputting the team comparison stats.
        1. We tried doing stats with each team entering stats and it was too much for management to track

        2. It’s always recommended for both teams and multiple members to take photos.
      3. 3 pictures are required.
        1. Team Post Game stats

        2. Gamertag Associated stats.
          1. This is the screen after you leave the team-up game and it shows the gamertag breakdown. Box Score will also be found here.
      4. Stats are ultimately the Owner’s responsibility to be completed.
        1. He may assign them to whichever manager is on call or willing.

        2. If this player fails to input stats it is expected the owner do an action centra on them.

        3. If an owner has no proof showing that a certain player was responsible for them, the action centre falls on themselves.
      5. Forfeits:
        1. If a team forfeits for any action the winning team will enter a score of 2-0 for that game.

        2. All players need to be set to “DNS” so it does not affect per game averages.
    3. Playoffs :

    1. All Regular Season expectation are to followed in the playoffs.
