Looking for a S13 aGM

Hello friends,

I have finally fixed my internet and I am running at a smooth 4ms ping now so I have decided I will be coming back as management. (For those that don't know, all of S12 I was running 50-200 ms and it was horrible.)

My wish list for my future aGM includes:
- Be able to build your own line and win at least 20 games. I do the same and then we team up for a "game 7" lineup. We make group decisions on our "3rd" line.
- Have 9/9 avail most weeks or be extremely close to it.
- Have an opinion on the team decisions. Don't just be a "yes man".
- Don't be toxic. My team's are known to be built on love and friendship. I want you to be the same.
- Be a proven winner in LG.
- Maybe have management experience but I don't care as much for this. Just help me run things a bit.
- Preferably a D man but I'd be open to any position if you fit all of the above.
- I want you to "live" for LG and be reliable for answering messages. I can't have my aGM go MIA for a full day when we need to discuss the team. I understand we all have lives outside of LG but I expect LG to be close to a priority for my management team.

I've received a few team offers but I was hoping to pick my aGM before deciding on what team we accept. That way we can discuss our options and be on the same page.
