I wouldnlike to suggest that fist year players not be allowed to enter into management positions, if we as a league do not let first year players out of the CHL, why do we let them lead right our of the gate? It seems like it would be a good idea to limit management to players that at least have a year under their belt. P.S. This is not an attempt for me to fight/dispute my ban. I just think if I had known the stress that comes with management after seeing it, I would not have taken a position I was not prepared for.
