As a washed defenseman who doesn't contribute offensively: thank you.

 

Just in general as a defensemen. The current system gears a lot towards "Offensive Defensemen" & if you don't contribute that way then your pretty much out of the defensive picture. This shows the position for what it really is as far as defense goes @Mr_Invidious.

I feel like forwards should be split into 2 groups (C/Winger). It's the C's responsibility to focus on a strong 2way game and it's the wingers responsibility to focus more on offense.

Most strong 2way C's will rank really poorly in this rating, despite "arguably" being a stronger contributor to the team

 

As a garbage offensive contributor who plays that #Selke defensive C, I agree wholeheartedly.

 

I used to do every position separate and I would love to do that again but separating by position under the advance stats is not working. I don't know if that is just for me or if it is a site bug but if that gets fixed I will separate them all again. Then I can put the important face-offs stat back in for centers.
