Ok Guys, Help an Old Dawg out here.

Do I get on and play the round alone or do I hook up with someone and play it together? :?

Do I need to hook up with Linksys?

 

I believe you go into the XSN Menu, enter in the tournies info and password, then round settings. And then create a room which will only be able to start with your competing player included. So yes, whoever you are playing, please try to contact them, add them to your friends list, or message them on AIM or MSN (anything) to setup when you'll get your match done with.

So please make sure you are playing with your partner as it is in a match play format, no solo in this one!

you ain't tellin me nothin man i was doin great until he started makin every damn putt that came his way. he would miss hit the ball and still come back to beat me on the hole he was makin some long ass putts and i was missin my birdie tries and you can't win missin birdies, it all came down to the last hole and i guess he wanted it more than me (wink he's the commish i couldn't beat him in the first tourny)

anyway his guy was at 39 and i was 26 so a big difference there, i was just glad it wasn't a blow out.

by the way goalie you don't bring your points from offline onto the live part. offline in career mode i have 33 points with the club and ball bonus but online i only have 28, i got two more points after i played our match last night. anyway that sucks!!!!!!

 

yeah - but the extra points for me are on power (shafts + ball) - and my guy hits it just as far online...

i dont know, maybe i'm wrong

 

Ya Stangster... that was one heck of a match. Especially for being our first match play tourney attempt. You had me beat throughout the bulk of the match, I guess my flat stick just woke up and pulled me through. Anyways man, props for a great match as it was nerve racking having to putt for it all on the 18th hole. Good match, and good luck in our future tourneys.

Linksys(Skater) and I had a real nice match, it was a lot of fun. I think he out drove me on every hole.
