MLB Prospect League: Season 3: OFFICIAL SIGNUP THREAD!

The official team and owners announcements for Season 6 of the MLB League have been made, and those who been selected know who you are, and congratulations on making the premier league.

Now for all those that didn't make the Sim league, here's your chance to get into the Prospect League for you MLB League fix. If you are new to LG, the Prospect League is a fully supported league that will run along side the S6 Sim league. We're still working out the details, as far as season length and setup, but my hope is to run the league EXACTLY like the Sim league runs, so that you guys can get used to what is expected of you once you make the next level. The prospect league is your chance to prove that you are active and committed, and that you can show great sportsmanship in the process. When a member is removed from the Sim league for whatever reason, the League Comissioners will be looking to one place for the replacement, and that's this Prospect League.

By signing up, you are comitting to be active and play the entire season of the prospect league, and should you be chosen for the Sim league during the season, you will be allowed to continue your prospect league season until conclusion, unless however there are a number of more members interested in joining after the season starts, in which case a replacement for your prospect league team can be named.

The season may be anywhere from 16-40ish games, and may require up to 2 games to be played per week. Again, the details have not been worked out yet, and I will be working with the MLB comissioners to see exactly what they are looking for out of the prospect league, and that will go a long way in determining exactly how long the season will last, and whether or not it will include required weekly games, and wildcard games available to play anytime.

Members of the Sim are allowed to sign up, but keep in mind you will be asked to give feedback on the behavior, gameplay, and overall experience of the prospect league members you play. Also keep in mind, new members will be getting higher priority on team picks, as well as available spots.

Just wanted to keep you guys in the loop as well.

We're probably looking at a 24 Game Season for the prospect league. The season will probably be 6 Weeks long for the regular season, and finish up with about 2 weeks for the playoffs. The details are still being worked out of course, but above I mentioned we may go as long as 40ish games, but right now, at MAX we're talking 24 games, and possibly even 16, but more than likely plan on committing to a 24 game season.

If you guys know anyone else that's itching to get their foot in the door for good leagues, there's none better than LG, and this is the place to start, so tell them about it and have them come sign up!

i gues i will deffinatly be in this league now without a quesiton because some leagues like to bull shit!!!

 

boomer, you have to prove your self to get into the big leagues. I don't know what's wrong with your attitude.

 

I think he's talking about other leagues at other sites and they way they play "cheesy" or whatever.

I can't speak for him, but that's the way it read to me.
