MLB Prospect League: Season 3: OFFICIAL SIGNUP THREAD!

Its currently being discussed. As of now, I'd say probably, gives new players a chance to build their meters. As for whether or not it will affect Vets is yet to be determined.

i think its gonna start the same time the main one does..

 

We're going to be starting alongside the MBL Sim league. Start time should be the same. So probably in about a week, latest two weeks.

 

I apologize if I missed this, but have teams been handed out for the prospect league yet?

Hey guys...newb to the league. I'm looking for a 100% sim league, and I know a few people on these boards from other leagues. And I've always heard LG is one of the best, so figured it was about time I gave it a shot. I really suck at the swing stick this year, so thats gonna take alot of work. But it's all fun.

Your right buddy, I'm sorry. I havn't completely gone through and started assigning teams yet, so its not like I saw everyones but yours Just thought by the question that you hadn't signed up yet, even though I think I do remember seeing it before.

Welcome to LG Jeffrey. We have a lot of LG Vets signed up in this league, so I can assure you, we're going to have a very good sim style league going here, and by proving yourself in this league, you may eventually be offered a team in the FULL Sim League, where I can assure you the Games are top notch!

So pull up a chair, and hang out, make some more posts while you wait for this league to start!

 

I looked around the forums and couldn't find these answers...maybe I just overlooked them. I was wondering...

1)When's the league expecting to start? Waiting till after opening day to get the roster update?

2)What swing control is this league using? I'm guessing swing stick, but was just wanting to find out for sure.

Swing stick is mandatory for all MLB leagues here at LG.

For season of MLB2K7 if we are using swing stick only...

My teams preferred are :

New York Yankees (from NY)
New York Muts
Chicago Cubs (killa stadium)
Philadelpia Phillies (live in PA now)
Oakland A's

 

Ok thats cool...it'd be kinda nice to have everyday Eddie on the Reds roster...but since he's technically not on the 40 man roster, he'd probably never be on the league rosters anytime soon anyway. So no big deal.

 

Yeah I wish you could call up players in leagues. I'd like to use Milledge for the Mets in the Sim league, but he's not on the Major League Roster, so

 

I would be interested, I prefer Cards, but will play with anyone

 

Please list 5 teams to officially sign up. The signups are closing soon, so please don't delay.

 

Is it to early to ask what settings we are going to play with? Any rules in regards to gameplay etc? If you are selected to play in the sim league if someone happens to drop out do you still have to get your games played in the Prospect league?
