Multiple Disconnect Procedure

    If at least one player from each team disconnects at the exact same time no penalties need to be taken. Game stops as soon as the lagout occurs and a center ice faceoff should be set-up for the time the lagout occurred.

    Effective immediately.

    what if 3 on 1 team lag out at the same time? or more than 3? also, what if 2 lag out on 1 team and 1 does on the other?

    Continue playing to the next whistle, hold down the Xbox guide button and go to "Turn off console", accept the forfeit loss and put yourself out of the misery that the EA servers have created for us. Then proceed to turn on the Xbox One and load up FIFA or NBA or maybe that new Elder Scrolls game.

    We had 2 lag out at once last night and took 2 penalties as a result, sure it may have been server related but I also had my stream go down for 15 seconds at the same time, seemed like it could have easily been my internet. It sucks but if we enforced the rule to one sided lagouts why wouldnt someone just quickly turn off their box as soon as a lagout occurs to try to not have to take a penalty. As long as both teams have lagouts this rule is in place, otherwise use the pre-existing rule set.

    Rule isnt clear enough for me to argue that it for sure should only be 1 penalty. Rather than argue about it we took 2.
