You can change your name once for free after that its $10

@DanielEPS click on your name at the top right of the page and update default and psn user names to your new PlayStation profile name.

Also make sure your verification code is in the bio of your new PSN

Finally go to extenral accounts and there's a psn section, click that button to associate the account.

Yeah there's no reason to really change your user name otherwise

 

PS4 is supposed to be able to let you change your name in the future wait a month or two.
