Yep...I'm in the USAF stationed at Osan AB in South Korea. I've been here since May 05 and I'll be leaving May 06.
Large military bases overseas usually get things the same time as back in the states, at the most its one week later.
I downloaded it, not sure how long it took, maybe 10min? Very slick presentation, even the demo menu (basically a training mode... just you and the rim, to try out dunks and stuff). Then you get to play a very short game (actually half of a game, and I think it was 2min qtrs). The graphics are amazing, very next gen. Makes COD2 and Madden look like PS1 games, seriously. All of those slick screenshot previews we saw were the real deal. Lots of camera angle adjustments are available so you can play it just how you like. The gameplay was pretty good, better than NBA Live on the Xbox but it seemed to be a bit slower paced (which was fine, as NBA Live has always been a tad arcadish). Download it and try it out, that's what that big hard drive is for. I downloaded the Need For Speed demo too, haven't tried it yet though. But these things are like 600-900MB each so they will eat into your HD space.
Its going very slow for me, its been a good 20 min and its only 57% complete. Hope thats not a sign of how my online gaming sessions will be :-& . I still can't believe the BX didnt recieve any games or accessories yet. They have been out since the 15th :x
